Material Process and Performance Characteristics

1、擂臺框架采用鋼管焊接，部件之間的接觸面采用消音墊片隔離，低噪音，標準扣件組裝，安裝便捷；

2、臺面多層桉木板，高溫處理、噴涂防潮、防蛀、不變形；

3、太空革蓋單防滑，車縫工藝；緩沖墊高效吸能泡沫雙面復(fù)合拉絨地毯，折疊工藝；

4、角墊合成革，海棉泡沫內(nèi)膽；

5、圍繩合成革，緩沖層泡棉，鋼絲內(nèi)芯，結(jié)實耐用，不變形，松緊可調(diào)；

6、圍網(wǎng)框架采用特殊型材焊接，網(wǎng)格采用TPU包塑拉花網(wǎng)，耐腐蝕、不易開裂，有效防止碰傷、刮傷。

1. Ring frame is steel pipe welding, and surface of contact between parts is segregated by muffling spacer; low noise, assembled by standard fasteners, convenient to set up;

2. Multi-layered eucalyptus plank for table board, treated at high temperature, non-moisture by spraying and coating, mothproof and non-deformable;

3. Canvas sheet of space leather is non-slip through sewing process; carpet is made of efficient energy absorbing foam and duplex gel foam through folding process;

4. Synthetic leather of angular mat has an inner container of spongy foam;

5. Synthetic leather of fencing rope has a cushioning layer of foam cotton and an inner core of steel wire, well-knit and serviceable, non-deformable, looseness adjustable.

6. Encircling net frame is special profile welding , and grids adopt garland net of TPU packaging plastic, corrosion resistant, not prone to cracking, and preventive effectively against bumping and scratch.
