Material Process and Performance Characteristics

1、頭盔皮革包裹多層不同材質(zhì)內(nèi)襯車縫，面罩抗擊打性能強(qiáng)聚碳酸酯注塑成型，透明、視線清晰，盔甲片保護(hù)頸部，后腦雙粘扣粘合調(diào)節(jié)設(shè)計(jì)，高效吸能內(nèi)膽，有效防止頭部受傷；

2、護(hù)胸牛津布包裹多層不同材質(zhì)內(nèi)襯車縫，護(hù)甲片皮革壓型鱗紋設(shè)計(jì)，抗震緩沖層內(nèi)膽高效吸能，有效保護(hù)身軀部位。

3、護(hù)臂、護(hù)腿PP板與高壓泡沫粘合成型，符合人體工學(xué)弧形設(shè)計(jì)，穿戴舒適，防護(hù)性能強(qiáng)。

4、護(hù)襠皮革、網(wǎng)布面料車縫，透氣性好，穿戴方便舒適； ABS注塑成型外包環(huán)保TPR柔性材質(zhì)內(nèi)膽，抗沖擊強(qiáng)，保護(hù)邊緣弧形設(shè)計(jì)，與護(hù)大腿連成一體。

1. 2. Oxford cloth of chest protector wraps a multi-layered lining of differing textures through sewing process, and leather of pieces of armor adopts profiling scale pattern design, with an efficient energy absorbing inner container at the cushioning layer to effectively protect the bulk.

3. PP board of bracer and leg guard is molded by binding with high-pressure foam, consistent with ergonomic arc-shaped design, comfortable to wear, with high protective performance.

4. Groin protector is of leather and mesh fabric through sewing process, with excellent air-permeability, convenient and comfortable to wear; an inner container molded through ABS plastic injection and coated with environment-friendly TPR flexible texture, with high resistance to impact, edge protecting arc-shaped design, connected with leg guard into a union.
